Good strategic land opportunities are rare - like looking for a needle in a haystack. Our service enables our clients to sit back and relax whilst we do the hard work, we will vet hundreds of sites until we find the best opportunity available.

Upon successful completion of the process and Planning Permission being granted - our success rate historically is in excess of 90% - the land would be sold to the highest bidder. Net proceeds of sale are divided according to pre-agreed contract, with the vast majority going to the client.

This service is useful for existing customers where we have recently been successful and obtained Planning Permission on their behalf and a large Capital Gain has been recorded. Equally, it will be of interest to new clients who have recently made a capital gain. We always recommend that independent taxation advice is sought.
